Willis Towers Watson Launches New Software Product for Compensation Professionals

Compensation Software is industry’s first to integrate survey data, and job-leveling and global grading information

ARLINGTON, VA, February 1, 2016 — Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today launched Willis Towers Watson Compensation Software. This solution is an industry-first software offering that enables organizations worldwide to manage compensation programs more efficiently by allowing users to fully integrate survey data, and job-leveling and global grading information.

  • Comprehensive cost analysis: Bring-to-target analyses and merit matrix wizards help conduct cost-impact analyses for proposed compensation program designs.
  • Advanced reporting and insights: This feature enables more control of compensation data with advanced reporting and analytics, and also modifies standard reports to meet specific requirements.
