The Willis Towers Watson Global Benefits Attitudes Survey examines the role of benefits in defining and differentiating today’s employee value proposition. The survey reveals that although employers are investing more in health and wellbeing and are optimistic about their effectiveness, employees don’t value their efforts. Only 30% of UK employees say the health and wellbeing initiatives offered by their employers meet their needs.
