Insurance Brokers Code of Practice

The Insurance Brokers Code of Practice is a voluntary code created by the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA).

The Code of Practice sets out the minimum service standards you can expect when you use an insurance broker and outlines what you need to do in the unlikely event you have a complaint to make.

On how to make complaints for breach of the Code please refer to the Complaints & External Dispute Resolution section. Please access the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice for more information.
