Willis Towers Watson
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted daily life as we know it, roiled financial markets and instilled fear and uncertainty in many as it has spread around the world. It is challenging leaders in government and business to allay concerns and respond to the crisis. Our first thought – and our primary concern – has been and will continue to be the wellbeing of our colleagues, clients, families and the communities in which we live and work.
Following the advice of appropriate government health organizations, we have restricted travel, events and meetings; closed certain offices, asked employees to work remotely, implemented split team operations, and taken other measures to protect the health and safety of our colleagues.
At the same time, we remain focused on our clients. We have plans in place to ensure that we can continue to deliver the highest level of quality service and execution during these unique circumstances. And, we will continually assess and adjust those plans. As always, we use our values to guide all that we do – and now, we especially draw upon our value of teamwork. Through collaboration among our colleagues and with our partners, we are pulling together to provide clarity and confidence for meeting this ever-evolving challenge.
We are tackling the array of issues COVID-19 presents through the lenses of people, risk and capital, creating content daily to help organizations better understand and manage the crisis. These articles can be accessed on our COVID-19 Trending Content page.
