The Willis Towers Watson Global Benefits Attitudes Survey examines the role of benefits in defining and differentiating today’s employee value proposition. The survey reveals that although employers are investing more in health and well-being and are optimistic about their effectiveness, employees don’t value their efforts. Only 39% of U.S. employees say the health and well-being initiatives offered by their employer meet their needs.
