Participate in the 2016 Global Talent Management and Rewards Study. Willis Towers Watson’s global study examines talent management best practices and employee reward programs, and explores factors influencing the attraction, retention and engagement of talent.

This study is part of a larger research initiative designed to capture both employer and employee perspectives on the emerging trends and issues shaping the global workplace. The resulting insights provide employers with a deeper understanding of today’s complex people challenges, and help uncover ways to deliver an impactful employee value proposition and improve business performance.

2016 Global Talent Management and Rewards Study

We have extended the deadline for completing the survey questionnaire. The 2016 Global Talent Management and Rewards Study is fielding from April 13 through June 10, 2016, in 29 countries worldwide. The survey questionnaire is intended primarily for HR, compensation, reward, total rewards and talent management professionals.

Participation is free of charge. All qualified participants will receive complimentary summaries of key insights and findings when they are available.
