Employees in South Africa are experiencing financial insecurity, which is affecting their mental health and stress levels, according Willis Towers Watson 2017/2018 Global Benefits Attitudes Survey. The survey analyzes 998 responses in several industries. According to the survey, nearly three in four worry about their future financial state and struggling employees are more likely to have high stress levels and poor health.
