We invite you to participate in the Willis Towers Watson 2018 Best Practices in Health Care Survey — the longest running and most comprehensive survey of employers’ current actions and future plans for employer-sponsored health benefits. The survey explores key areas to reduce cost; improve efficiency; and, ultimately, achieve a healthy, high-performing workforce, including:

  • Strategy and planning
  • Financial management
  • Pharmacy management
  • Health management
  • Employee financial, social and emotional wellbeing
  • Employee engagement and experience
  • Measurement, and health and wellbeing analytics 

The online questionnaire will take 45 to 60 minutes to complete and will remain open through Friday, June 29. We’ll keep all responses confidential and report results in aggregate only.
