The organization values a workforce that brings together people who have a broad range of cultures, experiences, knowledge and perspectives. Domtar shares its "Your WELL-BEING" program, in place since 2011. Its leadership-driven program has evolved from a focus on physical health to an emphasis on holistic wellbeing, now including psychological and financial components. Hear the Domtar story, including how the organization strengthened its champion network and rolled out programs targeted to address specific needs of its population. Among these are a Sleep Program with live therapy and a coach, and an MSK program.
