This case study explores the vendor selection process, which took place in part via "innovation days" to interview and select vendors. These all-day sessions with multiple stakeholders from News Corp helped the organization achieve its goal of providing accessible benefits - easy to find, understand and use - for its employees. We hear about the valuable lessons learned from this rigorous partner evaluation process.

In this case study, we learn how the organization focused on innovative solutions, including diabetes management and MSK, that would most impact their employees. Its resulting "Recipe for Wellness" program includes three entry points to various vendor solutions: BCBSIL Health Advocate Solutions, My Evive (a portal), and members going directly to point solutions. The organization has enjoyed excellent engagement across their employee population. We'll also explore how Hinge Health helped them discover what forms of communications resonated the best and made it easy for employees to engage.
