Mastercard’s wellbeing strategy evolved from a physical wellness program to a four-pillar wellbeing program encompassing mind, body, financial and social wellbeing. We learn about this leadership-driven program to support employees and their families when they need it and hear how the organization launched its ‘Live Well’ program in 2020 with a vision of holistic wellbeing and a global reach. Finally, we hear how two new platforms, Virgin Pulse and Thrive, help employees stay connected to resources globally.

In recent years, its programs have shifted from physical wellbeing to integrated wellbeing. CNHi’s Thrive program focuses on the four pillars of Health, Wealth, Mind and Lifestyle. We also explore the importance of resilience and discuss the communication, tools and resources available to engage employees.
