CNA expanded its wellbeing strategy from a physical and financial focus to incorporate emotional and social wellbeing, while shifting the culture to focus more on their people. They asked important questions like, “How can we support employees more?” and “How can we do better, especially during a global pandemic?” The CNA Benefits Information site allows employees and dependents to easily access relevant and current benefits information, and highlights programs that meet employees’ unique needs.
