Most employers have restrictions in place to enforce physical distancing

Employers are reopening in phases

  • 44% providing flexibility to at-risk employees who can’t work remotely

  • 30% Reassigning to new roles
  • 69% who’ve changed policies to encourage more remote work will allow all employees able to work remotely to do so longer

  • 57% staggering shift changes to discourage large groups

Many are making physical changes to the workplace

  • 57% adding physical cues to maintain 6 feet between employees
  • 56% reconfiguring workspaces to enforce social distancing

73% of companies plan to require that employees to wear masks

  • 24% at all times when not eating or drinking

  • Just 8% say masks will be optional
