Our new decision support, Personalized Benefit Guidance, offers an elegant and easy to use experience based on sophisticated logic designed by Willis Towers Watson’s industry-leading benefits design and strategy experts. The foundation of our logic is comprehensive research on benefits selection and decision support utilization as well as machine learning from our service center interactions. Leveraging the participant’s data, including medical claims, and responses to easy-to-understand questions, it informs the participant which options fit their unique needs spanning across Health, Accounts, Protection, and Lifestyle programs.
