Digital is more than a buzzword, it’s a new reality: Three out of four organizations are developing new digital capabilities. As more organizations undergo digital transformation, they find themselves in different places on their journey, but all are breaking new ground. The 2019 Pathways to Digital Enablement Survey explores how organizations can successfully navigate this changing work ecosystem.
75% of organizations are developing new digital capabilities
Over 1,000 organizations across more than 40 countries and 40 industries participated in this study. Willis Towers Watson fielded the research in collaboration with partner, Plug and Play, an organization that brings together the best start-ups and the world’s largest corporations.
The Pathways to Digital Enablement Survey is part of Willis Towers Watson’s Talent and Rewards Breakthroughs — a research series that explores emerging trends and innovative practices required for human capital programs to remain relevant in transformational times.
We’ve provided the findings in chapters, which can be accessed below.
