Singapore, 23 April 2020 – Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, recently announced the appointment of Leng Leng Ng as Country Leader for Singapore, in addition to her current position as Head of Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) in Singapore. She takes over the position held by Vivek Nath, who will move to head Willis Towers Watson’s (WTW) CRB business in South and Southeast Asia. He will operate in a dual capacity as Head of South Asia. WTW’s South Asia business encompasses countries in ASEAN and the Indian sub-continent.
In the new leadership positions, Vivek will work with WTW’s country and CRB leaders across ASEAN and India to strengthen its portfolio of businesses, advance strategic initiatives and enhance relationships across key client segments and insurers to drive profitable growth. Leng Leng will be responsible for working with various business leaders across the company to identify an effective sales and client management strategy in Singapore, leveraging on client relationships across WTW’s people and risk businesses.

Leng Leng brings with her 17 years of experience in insurance broking and underwriting from Singapore and across Asia. Having worked in WTW for three years, she has been instrumental in building a strong team of risk advisors in Singapore, working closely with corporate clients to address their unique risk challenges through effective risk transfer solutions.
Vivek is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of professional services and client management experience with public and private sector clients in Singapore, India, China, and Southeast Asia. In the last 14 years with WTW, he had held several leadership positions in the company, including as Managing Director for WTW’s country portfolio’s including India, Malaysia, Singapore and South Asia.
