Complaints


Complaints related to our insurance intermediary services should be directed to our Complaints Manager, please refer to contact information on the right.

Willis Towers Watson will manage any complaints in accordance with set policies/routines, meaning that we will respond objectively and correctly and that complaints will be registered, documented and managed promptly.
