This session discussed long-term changes to the employee benefits landscape through the lenses of flexible and hybrid work, employee resilience and wellbeing, and cost optimisation.

In this session, we focused on some fundamental shifts to the benefits landscape, and the actions employers are taking from a health and benefits perspective to emerge and thrive in a post-pandemic world.

The Coca-Cola Company joined to talk about the changing needs of employees, the growing urgency to respond with flexible and personalised benefits, and the role of technology in making this happen.

Nestlé Philippines shared their approach to the new normal, challenges and changes to the delivery of benefits, and how they prioritised the health and safety of their employees above all else, through employee listening, flexible working, wellbeing and resilience.

Our experts then shared some practical steps and considerations for modernising a benefits program, and participated in a live Q&A discussion.

This session also discussed:

  • Evolving the total rewards philosophy and the challenges that come alongwith
  • Striving for simplicity while addressing key levers like cost management and optimisation
  • Getting the right benefits technology and consumer-grade tools to elevate the employee experience

Benefits may have to be reengineered and redesigned to meet the evolving needs of employees.”
