Willis Towers Watson names Amanda Scott as the GB Head of its Talent and Rewards Business

Hazel Rees also appointed Rewards Line of Business Leader for Great Britain

LONDON, Monday 2 July, 2018 — Willis Towers Watson, a leading global professional services company, today announced the appointment of Amanda Scott as the Great Britain Head of its Talent and Rewards business.

Based in London, Scott takes on her new role having been a Global Client Relationship Director at Willis Towers Watson for six years, with responsibility for developing successful client relationships with global companies. Scott has honed her expertise in international business practices and HR consulting over the last 15 years, during which time she held a number of senior roles at Mercer specialising in client relations management.

In her new role, Scott will lead a team of over 300 Talent and Rewards experts in Great Britain across a range of solutions in Talent Management and Rewards, Executive Compensation, Communication & Change Management, Technology and Global Data Services. She will focus on enhancing the ability of individuals and organisations to realise their full potential and achieve their long-term strategic and financial objectives in an engaging, cost-effective and risk-efficient manner.

Hazel Rees - GB Rewards business leader

Following Scott’s appointment, Hazel Rees has also been appointed as the GB Leader for Willis Towers Watson’s Rewards Line of Business. Formerly GB Practice Leader for Executive Compensation at the consultancy, Rees’ appointment will also begin with immediate effect.
