Employee experience survey for biotech companies

Our Willis Towers Watson and Skills Alliance survey has now been extended with a unique new survey to provide leadership teams with company-specific, actionable insights.

Last year, we conducted a survey of employees in the health sciences industry in partnership with Skills Alliance, to better understand what attracts, engages and helps retain talents in the health sciences industry. You can find the report here.

A unique feedback survey

To extend that research, we’ve set up a unique feedback survey to measure, optimise and track the experience of employees in early stage biotech/biopharma companies. The aim of the survey is to provide leadership teams with company-specific, actionable insights. The questions we’ve selected map onto our High-Performance Employee Experience (HPEX) framework, which offers a taxonomy of cultural attributes found to increase employee engagement, reduce turnover and boost productivity.

Survey results will help you answer questions such as:

  • Are our people clear about our objectives and priorities?
  • Are we as agile and efficient as we could be?
  • How engaged are our colleagues?
  • Can they sustain current levels of engagement?
  • Are we at risk of losing key talent?
  • Do colleagues operate safely at all times?
  • As leaders, are we sufficiently communicative, inclusive and decisive?
  • How do people see their growth and development opportunities here?
