Last year was largely defined by organisations scrambling to ensure business stability and continuity, at the same time as looking after the safety, wellbeing and productivity of employees. Of course, those themes remain relevant now. However, the added challenge, or opportunity, now lies in embedding enduring change for the benefit of all our stakeholders. In our opening session, we discussed the big questions of the day: how is work done, how are performance and reward being reimagined, how are wellbeing and ESG being embedded, and how do we shape a better employee experience for the future?
