Our Flexible Work and Rewards survey fielded globally from October to November 2020 and gathered responses from over 1700 employers.

Findings across regions reveal a surge in alternative work arrangements prompting leaders to reconsider how work is designed and rewarded to improve performance, contain costs and reduce risks. These new insights will provide HR leaders with a greater understanding of emerging practices and potential strategies for managing work and rewards programs for a reconfigured workplace.
