Willis Towers Watson’s Rewards business delivers a session on ‘Does anyone still see the Levelling-Forest through the Trees-of-Skills?’ at this year’s European Total Rewards Summit.

On 14 and 15 May 2019, more than 150 senior compensation and benefits leaders from across Europe and the UK gathered in Amsterdam to hear the latest thinking on modernizing the total rewards experience.

In this video Willis Towers Watson’s speakers deliver a session on ‘Does anyone still see the Levelling-Forest through the Trees-of-Skills?’ The presentation covered the evolution of how levelling jobs has changed over the years, and then took a look at what the future implications of skills mean for employers around the world. There was also a chance to introduce our new skill-based benchmarking platform SkillsVue, which goes beyond role-based compensation frameworks. Built on a foundation of robust compensation data from our Artificial Intelligence and Digital Talent survey, this exclusive technology addresses all aspects of collecting, extracting, classifying, mapping and analyzing skill data to represent the most complete vision to date for skill-based compensation for digital talent.

Thank you to everybody who joined us in Amsterdam for the 2019 European Total Rewards Summit. From all of us at Willis Towers Watson, we thank you for your time, presence and participation.

If you have further questions about the event, please reach out to us.
We'll see you next year!
