These benefits also provide a customizable, cost-effective way for organizations to augment their standard benefit plans, while reaching unique segments of the workforce. Our recent survey revealed that more than 92% of participants expect voluntary benefits to be an important part of their Talent Value Proposition over the next three to five years.
