Aptitude and personality tests are becoming increasingly important as part of the application process. Willis Towers Watson compiles these tests for a large number of organisations.

Personality questionnaire: Work Strengths

Work Strengths is an online personality questionnaire in which you will be asked about things you do well at work.

After completing the questionnaire, you will receive your own Environment Fit report. This report will give you insights into your performance enhancers and performance inhibitors.

Duration: 20 minutes

Aptitude Test: Swift Comprehension Aptitude (MBO) or Swift Executive Aptitude (HBO/WO)

The Swift Comprehension Aptitude is an online aptitude test. Three different elements are tested: numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and error checking.

The Swift Executive Aptitude is also an online aptitude test, which tests numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning.

After completing the aptitude test you will receive your own assessment report, which will elaborate on your scores for the different elements.

Duration: ± 30 minutes

Willis Towers Watson is currently working on setting up new norm groups, aimed at Dutch educational levels. These groups are used to put individual scores in perspective of a representable group of peers. This way, we know exactly how somebody with a certain educational level scores compared to others with the same level of education. Your answers will be clustered and anonymised, which makes it impossible to identify individual scores.
